A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. Discounted rates are available till January 16th at 5 PM US Eastern Time; after which, rooms may be reserved at the normal rate.

Registration fee provides three days of educational symposium sessions, visit with exhibitors, welcome reception (including drinks and appetizers), awards banquet dinner, lunches, coffee breaks, and special site visit.
