This SMART Best Practices Team is focused on Total Airport Management Intelligence (TAMI) combining Digital Transformation & Digital Twins (DT2), Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI); for optimizing airport passenger experience, operational capacity, health, safety, security, and sustainability. TAMI is a key enabler to advancing other SMART focus areas.

This Best Practices Team has a broad scope. The following outline represents the organization of this scope, which may evolve over time and be distributed across several working groups (i.e., channels).
